With a deep-rooted passion for community upliftment, Barbara has committed her life work to providing essential services for low-income families and addressing the need for the vulnerability population.

Leadership and impact under Barbara's visionary leadership, Hands Up has flourished into a beacon of hope for many. One of her most notable accomplishments is the development of the Hope in Humanity program. This initiative focuses on supporting teen mothers who are facing the challenges of pregnancy. Through this program, Barbara and her team offer resources, guidance, and support empowering young mothers to overcome obstacles and achieve self-sufficiency.
